**McDavid Drop Ship Policy Change**

The need to drop Drop Shipping

Greater product demand is a good thing, but with it comes even heavier demand on our resources. In order to deliver our very best to every customer, as of January 1, 2013, McDavid will no longer offer drop shipping. It’s critical that we place our efforts and resources in the right places and do whatever we can to keep product costs competitive…to keep competing and winning. Thanks.

DROPPING DROP SHIPMENTS

(Effective January 1, 2013)

The practice of Drop-Shipping (Direct to Consumers) will no longer be performed at McDavid. Although, we aren’t unreasonable folk, we will permit Drop Shipments with written authorization ONLY from the McDavid Sales Department.

We can no longer serve as the primary fulfillment house for Internet resellers. As for institutional accounts, we understand that occasionally a team or an athlete's immediate needs necessitate a timely drop shipment. In these cases, a blessing from the McDavid Sales Department will be required prior to shipment and may NOT be placed on the online ordering system. When we do execute a Drop Shipment, an additional $5 service charge will be incurred (seems reasonable). McDavid will not Drop Ship outside the account's defined and authorized territory. All or partial stocking orders may not be Drop Shipped. The primary reason for this change is success. And that’s a very good thing.
